These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Zenithia website at Zenithia.app and its pre-release and newsletter signup form. They are for the current website stage only. They do not govern the Zenithia app or provide access to it.

1. About Zenithia and these Terms

Zenithia is operated by InsightTerapi in Sweden. In these Terms, “Zenithia,” “we,” or “us” refers to the operator, and “you” means a visitor to the website or a person using the signup form. By using the website or form, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who may use the signup form

The pre-release and newsletter signup is intended for adults, including parents and guardians. You must be at least 18 years old to submit it. Please provide your own accurate name and email address. Do not submit a child’s personal information or another person’s contact details.

3. Pre-release updates and newsletter

Joining the list lets you receive the pre-release information, launch updates, or newsletter messages you selected. It does not create an account, reserve a place in the app, guarantee a pre-release offer, or give you access to the app. Any future app access, features, pricing, or release dates may be subject to separate terms and may change.

You may unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the link in a message or by contacting us. How we collect and use signup information is explained in the Zenithia Privacy Policy.

4. Website information

The website may describe Zenithia plans and features that are still in development. Website information is general and for informational purposes. It is not medical, psychological, clinical, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

5. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the signup form, interfere with the website’s security or operation, submit unlawful or misleading information, or attempt to access areas or information that are not made available to you. We may restrict access to the website or form if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

6. Intellectual property

The Zenithia name and the text, images, design, and other materials on this website belong to Zenithia or are used with permission. You may view them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or commercially use website materials without our written permission, except where the law allows.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or remove website content or the signup form. We do not promise that the website will always be available or that any planned product or feature will launch on a particular date. We will update these Terms when our website or signup practices materially change, and post the current version here.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zenithia is not responsible for losses arising from temporary website interruptions, errors in general website information, or your inability to use the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence continue to apply where required. Any dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
