Zenithia is a supportive digital companion designed to help children aged 6 and above with different neurodevelopmental needs, including autism and ADHD, manage everyday life with greater understanding and confidence.

The app brings together practical tools for daily routines, visual schedules, communication, emotional awareness, learning and independence. Children and teenagers receive age-appropriate support, while parents and caregivers gain ways to follow everyday experiences, organise routines and better understand individual needs.

Zenithia is being developed with families in mind. Its purpose is to make everyday activities easier to understand, support greater independence and help families find approaches that work for them.

Zenithia is designed for children aged 6 and above, including those with autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental differences who benefit from additional support with everyday activities.

The app also supports teenagers aged 13 and above through an age-adapted experience that places greater emphasis on personal choice, communication and independence.

Parents and caregivers are an important part of Zenithia. They use the app to organise routines, support everyday experiences and gain a better understanding of the individual needs of their family members.

Whether someone needs help understanding daily routines, expressing feelings, communicating needs or building independence, Zenithia aims to provide practical support that families can adapt to their own circumstances.

No. Although Zenithia is designed with the needs of autistic children and their families in mind, the app is intended to support a wider range of neurodevelopmental differences, including ADHD and other individual support needs.

Every person has different strengths, preferences and challenges. Some need help with daily routines and transitions, while others benefit from visual guidance, communication support, emotional awareness or tools that encourage independence.

Zenithia aims to provide flexible, practical support that families can adapt to the individual, rather than focusing on a single diagnosis. A diagnosis is not the starting point. Understanding the person’s needs is.

Zenithia is designed for children aged 6 and above, with support for different stages of development and individual needs.

The app includes two age-adapted experiences:

Child Experience (Ages 6–12)
A visual, engaging and guided experience that helps children understand daily routines, communicate their needs, explore feelings and develop everyday skills.

Teen Experience (Ages 13+)
A more mature experience designed to support personal choice, communication, self-understanding and growing independence.

Both experiences share the same core purpose and support functions, while adapting the visual design, language and guidance to suit different age groups.

Parents and caregivers remain an important part of the experience, helping personalise support around each individual’s needs.

Yes. Zenithia includes a dedicated Teen Experience for users aged 13 and above.

The Teen Experience has a more mature visual design, age-appropriate language and support that encourages personal choice, self-understanding and growing independence.

Teenagers have access to practical tools for everyday routines, communication, emotional awareness, learning and organisation, while parents and caregivers remain involved where appropriate.

Zenithia recognises that teenagers have different needs from younger children. The Teen Experience is designed to offer support in a way that feels more suitable for their age and stage of development.

Zenithia helps children and teenagers understand what needs to happen during the day through clear visual routines and step-by-step guidance.

With the My Day feature, daily activities are organised into a simple NOW, NEXT and THEN format. This helps the individual see what they are doing now, what comes next and what follows after that.

Parents and caregivers can organise routines around everyday activities such as getting ready in the morning, preparing for school, mealtimes and other daily responsibilities.

By making the order of activities easier to see and understand, Zenithia aims to reduce uncertainty, support smoother transitions and encourage greater independence over time.

Routines can be adapted to each individual’s needs, preferences and daily life.

My Day is a visual daily planning feature that helps children and teenagers understand their daily activities and see what happens next.

Activities are organised using a simple NOW, NEXT and THEN structure:

  • NOW shows the activity taking place at the moment.

  • NEXT shows what comes after.

  • THEN gives a preview of the following activity.

Parents and caregivers organise the activities to reflect the individual’s daily routine. Visual cards help make the sequence easier to follow and give the individual a clearer understanding of what to expect throughout the day.

My Day is designed to support daily planning, prepare for transitions and encourage greater confidence and independence.

School Day Follow-Up helps children and teenagers reflect on selected moments from their school day through simple, visual questions and response options.

After school, the individual is invited to respond to questions about their day. They can use visual choices to share how they experienced different situations, helping them communicate experiences that might otherwise be difficult to put into words.

Parents and caregivers can review the responses through the Parent Overview to gain a better understanding of how the school day was experienced and identify areas where additional support might be helpful.

The aim is to make it easier for families to understand and talk about school experiences, while giving the individual a simple way to express their perspective.

Yes. Zenithia is being designed to give parents and caregivers flexibility to adapt the app to their child’s individual needs, preferences and daily routines.

You can organise daily activities, choose the support that is most relevant and create routines that reflect your family’s everyday life.

Every child is different. Some need more visual guidance to understand what happens next, while others benefit from support with communication, recognising feelings, school experiences or everyday responsibilities.

Zenithia aims to make personalisation part of the experience, so families can focus on the support that matters most to them.

Personalisation options will develop as Zenithia grows and new features are introduced.

Yes. Zenithia is being designed to support more than one child or family member within the same family.

Parents and caregivers will be able to manage individual profiles, allowing each person to have routines and support suited to their own needs, preferences and age group.

For example, one family member might use the Child Experience (ages 6–12), while an older sibling uses the Teen Experience (ages 13+).

This approach helps families bring their support needs together while recognising that every individual has their own routines, preferences and way of experiencing everyday life.

The Parent Overview gives parents and caregivers a place to review the information their child shares through Zenithia.

For the first release, parents can see selected responses from the School Day Follow-Up, including how their child experienced different moments of the school day. They can also see which questions their child skipped and review any follow-up responses provided.

Parents can keep their own observations separate from the child’s responses. This helps distinguish what the child has shared from what the parent has noticed.

The purpose is to help parents better understand their child’s perspective, recognise areas where support or further conversation might be helpful, and gain a clearer picture of their everyday experiences.

The Parent Overview is designed as a family support tool, not a school monitoring system or a way to score a child’s behaviour or performance.

No. Zenithia is designed to complement professional support, not replace therapists, healthcare professionals, educators or other specialists.

The app provides practical tools that families can use in everyday life to support routines, communication, emotional awareness, learning and independence.

Parents and caregivers can use Zenithia alongside guidance from professionals such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists and other specialists involved in their child’s support.

Zenithia does not provide professional diagnosis, therapy or treatment. Instead, its purpose is to help families put practical support into everyday routines and build a better understanding of individual needs.

We believe that digital tools and professional guidance have different roles, and both can contribute to supporting an individual’s development and wellbeing.

No. Zenithia is not a medical or diagnostic app. It does not diagnose autism, ADHD or any other condition, and it does not provide medical advice or treatment.

Zenithia is a digital support tool designed to help children, teenagers and their families with everyday activities, including daily routines, communication, emotional awareness, learning and independence.

The app focuses on practical support and helping families better understand individual needs. It is intended to complement guidance from healthcare professionals, therapists and other specialists, not replace their expertise.

You do not need a medical diagnosis to benefit from the everyday support Zenithia aims to provide.

  1. Parent Overview

These three features form the starting point for Zenithia. Additional support areas, including communication tools, emotional awareness, Social Stories and further independence features, are planned for future development.

Zenithia is being developed with family privacy and the protection of children’s information as important priorities.

We believe parents and caregivers should have control over the information they choose to provide about their family.

Our approach includes:

  • Family-controlled information: Parents and caregivers manage their family’s profiles and decide what personal information to provide.

  • Private family access: Children’s information is intended to remain within the family account and is not shared with schools, teachers or other families by default.

  • Secure data handling: We are working towards appropriate security measures to protect personal information during transmission and storage.

  • Responsible data collection: We aim to collect only the information needed to provide the app’s features and support.

  • Privacy rights: Families will receive information about how their data is handled and how to request access to or deletion of their information.

Zenithia is being developed under InsightTerapi in Sweden, with privacy requirements considered for families using the app internationally.

Before the pre-release, we will provide further details about our privacy practices, data storage, security measures and the rights available to parents and caregivers.

Zenithia is being designed with offline access in mind, so children and teenagers can continue using essential support even when an internet connection is unavailable.

The goal is to keep important information, such as daily routines, visual schedules and selected activities, accessible on the device.

When an internet connection is restored, changes made offline are intended to synchronise with the family’s account.

Some functions that require an internet connection, such as account access, online updates or other connected services, will still need connectivity.

Our aim is to make Zenithia practical for everyday use, including situations where Wi-Fi or mobile data is not available, such as during the school day or while travelling.
