Privacy Policy
Zenithia Website Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This policy explains how Zenithia uses information when you visit Zenithia.app or sign up for pre-release updates or the newsletter. Signing up does not create an account or provide access to the Zenithia app. This policy covers the current website stage only.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Zenithia is operated by InsightTerapi in Sweden, which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
Privacy contact: [email protected]
2. What we collect
If you join the pre-release or newsletter list, we collect your name and email address. We use them to manage your signup and send the updates you requested. The website host may also process basic technical information, such as your IP address and pages requested, in server logs used to operate and protect the website.
The signup form does not provide app access and does not ask for children’s profiles, health information, routines, photos, or app usage data. Please do not include children’s personal information in the form.
3. Why we use it
We use your name and email address to manage the list and send pre-release information and newsletter messages you chose to receive. For individuals in the European Economic Area, we rely on consent for these messages. You can withdraw consent at any time using an unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We use necessary technical logs to operate and secure the website, based on our legitimate interests where applicable.
4. How we store your signup information
We keep and manage the name and email you submit ourselves. We do not use third-party hosting, list-management, or email-delivery providers to process this signup information. We do not sell or share signup information for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your signup information while you remain on the list. If you unsubscribe or the pre-release list closes, we will delete the active signup record within 30 days, unless we must retain it for a legal reason. We may keep a minimal suppression record so we can honor your unsubscribe request.
6. Cookies
The website may use cookies or similar technologies needed for it to work. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are used, we will seek consent where required by law.
7. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information, or exercise other privacy rights. To make a request, email [email protected].
If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Zenithia is operated in Sweden; the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) is at imy.se. US privacy rights vary by state and may apply only in certain circumstances.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy if our website or signup practices change. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. For questions or privacy requests, contact [email protected].
